We have service-learning offerings, active undergraduate research opportunities, a Bachelor of Science degree with the opportunity to double-major in engineering, a physics minor and an accelerated B.S. to M.Ed. program.

B.S. in Physics

The curriculum in physics prepares students for technical careers in physics or an allied area, for careers in engineering and for the teaching of physics in secondary schools. The curriculum also prepares students for graduate studies in physics or a related area.

Accelerated B.S. to M.S.

Students who are enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in physics program may earn up to six hours of graduate credit towards the Master of Science in physics and applied physics degree.

Interdisciplinary Degrees

Combine the B.S. in physics with courses from the School of Education or the School of Engineering.

Minor in Physics

With 20 credits of coursework, students can earn a minor in physics.
